This delicious Fleur de Sel is surprisingly versatile. Made with organic chocoate, it’s a natural on many desserts, especially anything with caramel flavours. It is also a very good addition to grilled steak and on top of fresh baked brownies. Also a great salt to use as a rimmer for chocolate and coffee based cocktails!
