Brunch Graze Table

We love a custom gourmet brunch graze table to feed guests & mingle around. It’s a perfect way to celebrate custom events such as birthdays, baby showers, bridal parties, and bachelor parties (or just because) in Victoria.

Our grazes have a selection of local Vancouver Island artisan cheeses, cured meats, honey, honeycomb, fruits, bagels and crackers, as well as our chef-made jellies, jams, local apple butter, fresh baked scones, candied bacon, spreads (including smoked salmon cream cheese), mustards, candied nuts, dried fruits and fresh baguettes. We also provide décor including florals, cheese knives, eco-friendly serving utensils, herbs & other foliage. 

What’s brunch without a Mocktail Bar?! We can add this to our graze tables as well.

Prices are customized based on guest count, location, set up and take down. We can work with you and your budget to meet your needs.

Details / Menu

As our produce is sourced weekly & garnishes can be seasonal they are subject to availability & substitutions, including edible flowers.

All Grazing Tables have a selection of artisan cheeses (local and other), charcuterie meats (local and other), crackers (local and other), local honey, fruits and vegetables.

Chef Made: pates, pickled vegetables, roasted garlic, jellies, chutney’s, jams & savoury jams, candied nuts, hummus, mustard(s), spreads in compostable ramekins & fresh baguette. 

We also provide other items such as seasonal flowers or greenery and some serving utensils.

* Food Safety Protocols and Procedures  
All food is prepared in a thoroughly sanitized food prep area (VIHA approved). Spoon and Spade will provide hand sanitization for guests to use to ensure cleanliness and food safety. Please note all leftover items are the responsibility of the client and therefore food safety must be considered. *It is recommended by FOODSAFE BC that perishable food should be left out for no longer than 2 hours.

Delivery & Set Up
  • Please allow 1-2 hours of set-up depending on size of table(s)
  • We set up on a table/folding table/kitchen counter/island of your choice
  • We do not come back to clean up, everything is yours to keep
  • Deposit of 50% due upon booking (to hold the date)
  • Grazing Tables require a flat surface out of direct sunlight/or other weather elements
  • Grazes are subject to a delivery fee and gratuity 
  • Grazing Tables are subject to a Cancellation fee (of Deposit made)   
  • We do not provide table(s) used, unless otherwise discussed
  • We do not provide plates, napkins, cutlery or garbage(s)
  • We DO provide serving utensils, hand sanitizer and take all the garbage we produce setting-up
  • Please be aware of pests/critters if food is served outside. We do not provide covers for the table unless discussed and purchased from Spoon & Spade
